Although this item turned out to be too large for my particular need they were absolutely excellent at communication advice and total willingness to understand and accept return with my money refunded within 24 hours. I would definitely use them again

I bought a dehumidifier which when I opened had a faulty fan inside and a broken caster although there was not a drama in replacing it i did receive a new one with the same problem , in the end I got somebody to fix it for me knowing that there was a good chance there will be another problem with them. I would not recommend their products Mr G Bennell

Excellent company from searching quite a few products and manufacturers we decided on Pro breeze. Website is easy to navigate clear concise details ordered our dehumidifier on a Friday night delivered free on the Thursday. I needed to speak to customer services but no phone number so emailed them and got a response within 24 hours. It's a company I would recommend
