I liked the fact that I could have an online chat with Ali. She answered all my questions.

I have bought a big one of these purifier for the lounge and a mini purifier for the kitchen. Both are brilliant. I have a carbon dioxide monitor.which was flashing alert all day the other day - meaning carbon dioxide was high, so I couldn't breathe in the room. I but the pro breeze on, which worked better with a diffuser. Suddenly I could breathe - it was like a breathe of freah air. I also have a pm monitor, which is much reduce when the pro breezes are working.

I am a bit disappointed with the heater as the timer function cannot be programmed to come on every day at a given time e.g. 7am every day. Seems can set the timer to come in after xx hours and the go off after xx hours but not set to come on at 7am and off at 9am every day. The two features I was specifically looking for with such a radiator was a thermostat and a daily timer. __

The service from probreeze was good , it could be better if they could be contacted by. In this day and age I think that is a little poor
