Order was received in two working days and product seems to help with the smell of smoke from neighbouring flat. (They live below).

ProBreeze 3000ml is useless product. Returned it and had to pay for delivery. Very disappointed in Pro Breeze. If each morning a new coffee maker fills up your cup only for 10%, you say its faulty and return it, right? This logic doesn't work with ProBreeze. Its working, makes a lot of noise, consumes power, so its doing its job.

Must have a telepone no to contact on . Takes to long to get a reply by eMail. Difficult to get fingers into carrying handle. Description of how to use the unit could be better. Early days yet to see if it is succesful at doing the job.

It was very easy to order from their website. Customer service to an enquiry responded swiftly and managed to alter the error I made in my order.

The ordering and delivery service was easy and as notified. Too early to comment on the product but high hopes after reading reviews.

I have found your staff excellent and committed in providing me, as a customer, with well above average service. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them.
