We received the product (probreeze radiator) in timely fashion - and the box and interior padding around the product was all in order. However, when I took the radiator out and examined it, there were dents and nicks on the lower fins and some of the upper fins were bent. Clearly the product had been dropped or otherwise mistreated before or during the packing process. Unwilling to undergo the hassle of repacking the thing and sending it back, I assembled the radiator and plugged it in to see if it was still servicable. So far (after three days) it seems to work OK, heats up OK, and doesn't (yet?) leak. So I will try to keep it. but I wouldn't recommend your product delivery too highly.

Great delivery service received day after ordering. Have the unit on middle setting on so far no moisture surrounds the unit-we are using this to hopefully reduce our dogs dry skin due to central heating so time will tell
