The order was received quickly and in good condition but was not over-packaged which was refreshing. Ordering was easy and we are pleased with the item which is working well.

Hi the dehumidifier is working good so far particularly for the price, my only request would be a timer on it so that I can leave it on for a while when my house is empty. I am going to find a timed plug to resolve this issue.

should have been delivered on the 4th. Looked on the tracking info which said failed delivery on the 3rd, which is a lie. And to back up that, we were working on the drive that day, and there is no note left to say someone had tried either. Having to "rearrange" delivery now

Having used my new Pro Breeze 2500 oil filled radiator 16 hours a day for 13 weeks now, I am in the happy position of saying that this is indeed an excellent product with no problems or glitches. Very well made, it runs silently, with good heat emission and perfect timer. No Cons. Excellent value. Highly recommend this reliable product.

Very easy to navigate website and very fast delivery. Smaller than I expected it to be - I placed this in my damp shed - after just 2 days the reservoir was half full, humidity level slowly falling from 65% to 56% Can't comment any further as only used it for a couple of days.

Order was accepted and goods delivered in less than 24hrs and I didn't request next day delivery. The heaters seem good quality, nice and compact and effective so far, only time will tell now :-)

I can't mark down on the service when there are no issues. I wouldn't recommend the product though. I bought it knowing it was a lot more expensive than other makes in the market as it was advertised as wisper silent. The noise level is not any different than cheaper models, which seem to be not only cheaper but quiter too.
