Terrible dehumidifier, doesn't even do its job. Had to buy another dehumidifier from another brand. Don't waste your money!

Prompt service and rapid delivery. Small but effective dehumidifier for small places and ideal for placing near damp outerwear after a foray out in the rain.

I have one of your products and love it, however the heat paint is coming off my air fryer onto the food. I contacted customer services and was told to buy a new basket and then offered 30% off a new basket i just wanted a product without any flaws and not having to buy a new one just after a year of use.

Purchased a small dehumidifier for the bedroom and was pleasantly surprised at how quiet this is and the amount of moisture it collects. Great value for money. Definitely a great buy. I also purchased a small heater to warm the living room instead of switching on the heating. Saw this as a money saver. It works very well and I love the oscillating high setting to fan the room with warmth which works quicker than just setting the heater on high. It also has a safety cut off when picked up/knocked over which is reassuring when I have cats that go on a mad dash and knock things over that aren't bolted down. Another great purchase. Both orders were separate. I purchased the heater after the dehumidifier as this works really well so I stuck with the brand. Great prices. Fast delivery.

Dehumidifier bought having seen our daughter's one and being convinced by its effectiveness reducing the moisture in the room/house. Speedy delivery, easy to use, very efficient/effective, all in all we are very pleased indeed with our purchase.

Excellent product, the desiccant dehumidifier has transformed my 2 bedroom ground floor flat. Always had an issue with dampness, my flat is around 8-15 degrees all year round and this dehumidifier works perfectly in these conditions, also slightly warms the whole place whilst taking easily 10 litres a day out the air. Place smells fresh and you can leave it on when you go out. Next day delivery and service is excellent. Thanks Probreeze
