Order & delivery process both fine. Compact & stylish unit with simple controls & LED light. This dehumidifier is ideal for our daughter's room at Uni. It has helped remove excess moisture especially when clothes are drying.

Stopped working after 3 months, so not good. I've had purifiers for years with no issue.

Order serviced really quickly and with a very welcoming welcome discount. Unit itself is quiet and efficient, keeps our three bed house drier, who new there was so much water in the air. It is also very portable and really cuts down drying time for the washing.

I am very impressed with the two purchases I have recently made. Both items work extremely well and are of good quality. I am particularly impressed with the dehumidifier which I am using to keep the inside of my convertible sports car dry as it lives outside. The unit drawers and amazing amount of water from the atmosphere over the period of 2 to 3 days. I was also very impressed with the dispatch and delivery times.

I found the service was so prompt. I'd placed the order and the heater was delivered with care in less than 24 hours, it was Christmas eve at that.

At first, seems to be a good machine. Just that the instructions are not much clear. I have a bit of difficulty to program it. Would be great if there was a video explaining how to use in details.
