I placed an order on 19 December. I received an email saying my order had been dispatched shortly after. However I have not been contacted by any courier and have no idea when my order will be delivered after waiting for two weeks. I contacted customer service and have had no response.

Poor service! After I placed order and paid all money, you just sent me an email saying my dehumidifier had been delivered to the courier! After that, there is no further update of my delivery! I tried to send email to you. No reply on my first email so I resent it, then you gave me a reply if not to chase you as you are busy and would reply me when you are ready! It has been more than 2 weeks, I still have not reply or update from your company! Where is my dehumidifier???
