Overpriced, the same item I purchase was over £50 cheaper elsewhere. Probreeze wouldnÕt match the price or refund the difference. Told me I could return but if itÕs been used theyÕd send it back. Hannah in customer services was terrible, company seems to be all about money and nothing else. Item was also sent with a drainage hose that was folded into three to fit in the top of the box so it had two kinks in making the water get stuck at these points. I told customer services then had to go through the process again of describing the issue and submitting photos to prove I wasnÕt luring and a photo of the model etc. they had all the info on my order and they literally could have just opened a box to see how they package them. Terrible customer service, over priced products definately would go elsewhere to purchase a probreeze product other than them directly.

Only 1 of 2 items received from Pro Breeze via Courier. Emailed Pro Breeze re whereabouts of 2nd item & received no reply, but they emailed this survey link! Therefore terrible-zero rating on customer service as they failed to deliver as promised in their online sales pitch & failed to respond to customer query re non-delivery of goods paid for !!!

I have dealt with Probreeze twice and am about to do so again. I go back to them because they are all the things you want in a (relatively) small company - great products designed with the customer in mind, plus excellent customer service. In terms of product design, Probreeze seem to me to always be pushing for better or perfect, eg the two (different) dehumidifiers that I have are only costing me one pence per hour each to run (even at todays ridiculous energy prices). And, they are soaking up the condensation in my old house! Plus, these products are so quiet we can sleep with either of them in our bedroom without any disturbance.
