Purchased a couple of weeks before Christmas and with all the postal disruption at the moment I expected it would be quite a while before the item was delivered. To my surprise, the item was delivered within a few days as promised.

Fantastic service. Ordered one morning and it was there the next day. They seem to use a good delivery company.

The product is brilliant, quite amazing just how much water was in the tank, unfortunately the registry of the appliance is rubbish.

Great machine so much so my daughter is going to buy one. Delivery on time as stated even with Royal Mail disrupting all couriers. Thank you.

The service was very good but the product does not perform as well as expected and with 8 hours of use only produces 120ml of water.

Good product which definitely does the job although I was aghast that whilst I was making up my mind over a period of 4 days which brand to order the one I chose was increasing by £10 each day in price so I am a bit disgusted by the company but the product is undeniably effective.

Does what it says on the tin. Worth getting bigger product. Arrived quicker than quoted. Bought direct which was cheaper too.

Poor customer service, contacted them to request my order be cancelled & my money refunded just an hour after completing my purchase, this never happened, the dehumidifier arrived swiftly and I received an email a few days later stating that my order could not be cancelled as I had already received it. The dehumidifier is great and with the laundry mode dries clothes and prevents condensation.

The website was easy to use and the delivery arrived on time even though it was close to Christmas and the unit works exactly as I hoped. The only thing was the box could have been slightly better packed when given to the courier as it was only in a thin box that was damaged on receipt.

My pro breeze heater has done what it has promised and given my living a good a good Alternative to having the central heating on IÕve used different radiators over the years but I can honestly say that the pro breeze has turned out to be the most powerful and the best for delivering heat also the service was very good next day delivery
