Very prompt ordering and dispatch by ProBreeze on the 20L dehumidifier purchased but the company were badly let down by the well known courier service who failed to deliver on the due date, gave no further tracking updates other than to say that the parcel was waiting at the hub an hour away. Waited at the hub for a week before being finally sorted and sent out for delivery and that was after having phoned the courier company to ask about delivery. ProBreeze may wish to review their carrier in future.

Excellent service from ordering right through to the super fast delivery. The dehumidifier is fantastic. I had bought a different one elsewhere which I returned as I wasn't happy with it So pleased I bought the pro breeze instead
