1st, I ordered 2 PB-21s, they sent ONE. 2nd, their customer service is non existent. ItÕs email only, in first come first ignored order, only they donÕt answer, probably because they are getting too many complaints like mine. After 3 working days I had no reply, after 9 working days later still no apology. 3rd, their phone number answers with Ôoffice hours are 10am till 4pm, our lines are now closedÕ when I phoned at 1.30, 2.0 & 2.15 I finally got my refund, because I used PayPal to pay £130, made my complaint to PayPal & had a refund within 12 hours. Obviously, they donÕt want PayPal to close their account. The useless phone number is: 020 3840 4749. Just hope you donÕt need to return anything or want help.

Delivery was very quick but delivery driver didnÕt leave with designated neighbour or leave a card to tell us where it was. He just left it on the neighbours doorstep without taking the required photo. After trying the dehumidifier I donÕt think itÕs working properly. I have completed the customer service form and sent an email but heard nothing back yet. So overall not a great experience for a £220 product
