We have chosen a compact dehumidifier to help reduce condensation in the area where we dry our washing. It works well. The process of ordering and receiving the item was easy. The only problem was regarding delivery. The parcel was delivered by Yodel. I received a text on the morning of delivery, but we had already left home for the day. We understand the delivery driver was supposed to take a picture of our delivery at the open front door of our home. However, as we weren't there, the parcel was dropped over our back gate. Luckily, it wasn't damaged.

Having looked at reviews on recommendations for a dehumidifier, Pro Breeze was recommended, purchased on line, very quick service, ordered on the Thursday and delivered on the Saturday. Very pleased with the product and it has made huge difference to the conservatory

easy to order on line. arrived quickly. the unit looks like a return as box selotaped together and damaged. Item inside had a mark on top. tried various times to contact Prob reeze and its impossible. they do not return emails and phoning is impossible. i just hope items do not fail as i have no faith in sorting with their customer services.

Placed in small room where washing drying, extracted good 300mils over 24hrs. DonÕt expect miracles itÕs only a small unit but it did reduce condensation in room.
