Really really poor. Item never arrived and I cannot seem to get anyone from the company to pick up the phone or respond to emails. IÕve been forced to repurchase the item at a £50 higher cost because they put their prices up. Ideally IÕd like a refund on the more expensive order because the customer service has been abysmal and I still have no idea why the original order never turned up.

Ordering system not satisfactory as ended up ordering 2 items as no on-screen confirmation. Now having major problems trying to get a free return because I raised a case via Klarna. They are also very slow resolve issues- I feel like piggy in the middle!
