You used to have a way I could speak to a person!!. I waited days for an email response. In the meantime I returned the product. Cost me £12 ... and it wasn't my fault... it was left, on its side, outside my front door ..not a card or a rescheduled delivery ...and as noone let me refuse delivery, so it would be returned i had to pay ...there is no other cancellation route . Won't buy from you again, despite the fact this would have been my 3rd probreeze product

All good in general, the only slight negative is that there was no customer telephone number to call or make immediate contact. During the order process a duplicate order was generated and I received two of the same product. Therefore instead of being able to cancel one, I have had to receive it and then pay the costs to have it returned. A telephone call could have quickly resolved the issue.
