Ordered one day delivered next day can't fault the service. The new basket seems slightly lighter than the original basket , however it fits and works perfectly. It's nice to actually have a non stick coating again as the original had literally peeked off.

I never give top marks in these reviews there is always room for improvement. I would use pro breeze again.

I purchased an oil filled radiator at a very good price and the choices on offer were really good. Communication was excellent and quick delivery.

Received an item that had already been used and returned as the original plastic packaging was missing and box all sellotaped up. Dehumidifier does not work and have waited nearly a week for a response.

Easy to put in an online order. Delivery is good, especially the driver handled it carefully and make sure it is upright, unlike my previous experience with another supplier. My only regret is that the larger model I initially wanted was sold out so that I had to settle for a smaller one. Still, it works reasonably well and I can wheel it around into different room. It does make noise but at a similar level as the fridge-freezer. At temperature below 10C, it seems to spend more time defrosting than dehumidifying. It takes a few days to reduce the humidity level from over 75% to around 63% then it seems to stay there. I would have like it to reach 50% but at 63% it already feels warmer and the air crispier. I also notice a band of wet wall disappear over the days but that is a combination of heating between 10-15C and with the dehumidifier on. Overall, please with the purchase and I will look at ProBreeze again and recommand it.

I like the product. It arrived very quickly, and highly efficiently. BUT IT DOES NOT WORK. I have asked for help twice and been put off. There is no telephone number I can find for help, nor can I find a fault finding area. I wish it worked! I have plans to return it if I have not got it working satisfactorily by the end of the week. I have wasted a lot of electricity so far. Sorry to moan, but I just want it to work, please. It is not removing the visible humidity from the rooms.

I have bought 3 items, and this one is completely rubbish. Does not collect any water compared to other two bought previously.

You can only email, which takes longer for customers to hear back. It would helpful if you had a chat or phone line so things can get sorter quickly. Also you offered no solution to the broken item, such as returning it to you as now a waste of plastic and material.
