I have ordered a dehumidifier and never received tried to call probreeze their line is on automatic voice message to call back messaged them and no response. Parcel is lost and so am i as i cannot get in touch to get any help from probreeze!!! Rubish customer service basically doesn't exist I would not order again

Easy to order, efficiently delivered and working a treat. We were trying to dry the clothes that can't go in the tumble drier when it's so damp and cold outside. Then I was concerned the room would be getting damp and mouldy so I bought the dehumidifier. Amazed at how much water it collects. The dehumidifier was advertised as really quiet and efficient. It really isn't and it doesn't appear to make any difference to the damp walls in my room. I have tried twice to advise pro breeze of this but they have failed to respond. Consequently I have reported this to KLARNA.
