The trees we were pleased with the shipping wasn't the best the delivery guy said the box was not marked top or bottom didn't guite know how to carry them some little branches on the Jonathan tree were broke we planted hoping for the best.

Pomegranate tree arrived with all the leaves dried out and brittle, the root ball was better so l planted it right away only the see that all of the leaves turned brown. Waiting for a response from TyTy.

Bought four bareroot trees and they arrived in excellent condition except for normal / minor shipping damage e.g. some broken twigs or roots. I potted them immediately and after a few days they’re starting to take off! This was my first purchase from Ty Ty but I’ll be back for more of my tree needs.

Poor packaging for the tree. Broken branches, root ball hard to breakdown, should have been in a plastic pot with soil for easy removal. Your competition has a much better approach for shipping. Hope the tree lives, we'll see.

Order 6 new 1-3 foot tall American chestnut trees and 3 black walnut. The 3 American chestnuts are great and growing but only 1 of the black walnut trees. One walnut had a broken top on arrival and the other is showing now sign of growth after weeks of being planted. Ordered addition chestnut trees and they are actively growing now too.

This one had the best intact root structure and was already making new growth - maybe too much if anything as I don't think some of the new sprouts will make it (they must have come out during shipping) since they seem very fragile and white in color. I am excited to see it grow but from past experience I will transfer to a pot first before putting in the ground so it can have partial shade while it acclimates.

I emailed them after receiving my plants, informing them that one plant top was broken about a foot. It did not get damaged during shipping but that's how someone put it in the box before shipping! It may or may not survive, either way I paid almost 40 bucks for shipping and for a big plant and basically got half of the plant size due to the breakage!! I did not get a reply from anyone to my email which is a bit absurd.

I bought 2 cherry trees from you recently. One of them, the yellow cherry tree , was in a good shape but the red cherry tree was not in a good shape. even after good care it did not survive. The other one i, a yellow cherry tree is still surviving . But I am not sure whether it will survive or not. the leaves are becomming yellow already. Since you give 1 years warrenty, I shall appreciate it if you refund me the money.
