Shopping was very easy on the site and order was received very fast. But opening up my package some of the roots had been ripped off from the tape from packaging. I will try to plant them and hope they survive.

Plants look horrible during arrival. Not worth the money spent.

Initial order three trees all were already dead on arrival. Replacement order a bush had an orange fungus all over leaves it died, a tree was dead on arrival. Another bush just about dead was nursed back and will survive. Replacements one tree no branches or visible buds literally a stick, two other trees may survive. Never seen such poor quality stock. I ordered at a similar price a tree from Home Depot - it came with a full complement of leaves and branches and was in a half-gallon container filled with soil. What a difference! And even on your third order the stick may not live you provide no warranty - like all the junk you be sending is my fault. I don’t see how you stay in business. Stand behind your product - even when it’s really bad.

Plant replacement is a gimic to just get more of your money. I was given back a portion too small to replace my failed tree. Tried to place an order with the gimic credit but system refused. They just require you to spend multiple times the credit amount. Done with this company!

Received only half my order and no one has gotten back to me about the 2nd missing plant. Plant came wrapped in paper towels and plastic wrap, hopefully not too much moisture and won’t rot.

Fantastic customer service. The associate went above and beyond to take care of me. I am a customer for life. Thanks for making the adjustments so that I could get my plants even though you stopped shipping earlier.

After buying 4 cherry trees online from other sites which all have died, this one seems to be doing well but I just planted it. The quality seemed much better than other sites so far. Hoping for the best.
