I give this rating because I have not heard about my customer service request. I purchased and received my 4 fruit trees in a week, at full price. I just received an email offering 50% off my entire order. I’ve asked about getting a refund on the order I placed a week ago and have not received an adequate answer. What I did get was this review about my experience. I am a new customer and not too happy about my experience.

Trees arrived dried out with 7 never recovering. I initiated the Plant Guarantee process but zero response from Ty Ty. Guess I will be forced to deal with my credit card company to cancel payment. So unfortunate as these things happen and replacement is all that I want.

My very first purchase was unsuccessful but was rewarded with a refund and a subsequent order was placed with the addition of an apple tree as a thank you. I then bought several other trees and expecting my last order for the season. I would definitely highly recommend them as I am waiting to see my trees grow and bloom. Thank you.

Not happy with my purchase. The tree did not look healthy. The roots were not packed well. The tap root was wrapped around the trunk. The branches tips were dark. I have tried emailing the company to get a response and have not heard anything from them yet.

Ty Ty has very fair prices. The 2 trees that were delivered to me are healthy. We planted them according to the directions that were sent with the 2 Bing Cherry trees. They are thriving. I look forward to the day that I can harvest the cherries. I thought the shipping was a little high, but that's because I am a tight wad.
