My 2 trees and I bamboo plant all died. I did get a credit for the plants. However the credit did not cover shipping. I did not pay shipping on the original order. I just wanted an exchange. Instead I had to pay another 70.00 to replace my plants. All I wanted was an even exchange.I will not buy from this company again

Shhipment (one tree and one grap vine) arrived promptly, welll packaged and undamaged. Two small leaves were already showing on the grape. I planted the next day and watered thoroughly, and am checking the moisture status daily--was impressed with the size and growth of the pear--it looks great. Would buy from Ty Ty again!

Received tree full of brown spots, already emailed & have already posted a review. I have not received any feedback on either one. Very disappointed $90 dollars for a tree including shipping & I can’t get any help as to what these brown spots are & what to do about them

I don’t usually write a review but the 3 trees that we bought were not in good condition. We found mold in one of them so we aren’t sure if the tree will survive and the other 2 were almost dead/dry. We aren’t too sure if they will survive. Will not recommend to other friends.

Crape Myrtle Tree arrived in first week of April. Roots bare and packed in ice. 6’ high. Immediately planted it. Waited and waited. Lots of spring rain . It’s June 7th and no leaf out. Kept checking for any sign of life. None. Dead. Won’t be trying this process again.

I wrote asking why all the roots smaller than 1/4 inch in diameter were removed. All trees I have purchased bare root have the fine roots still on. Is it going to survive?

As with the other we were very skeptical on this entire shipment but the Red Bud is blooming and creating foliage. Thats why we havent given up on the Magnolia. Hopefully just shocked and will rebound

I ordered two trees, a Catalpa and a Grancy Greybeard. Both arrived timely but looked like two plain sticks with good roots on the Catalpa and very few on the Greybeard. After one month, the Catalpa looks great and is putting out a lot of leaves. The Greybeard shows NO signs of growth. I followed the instructions sent with the trees and on the website. Happy with the Catalpa purchase, not the Greybeard.
