I received my trees that I ordered packaged very well. But when i opened it some of the roots had ripped off and i don't know what trees they came from since they were all together. I will try planting them in hopes they survive. But other than that everything was great.

My order arrived in a few days, in great condition . Planted it the next day and within 4 days was producing green leaves.
This was our 2nd purchase from TyTy Gardens. The first was a Dolgo Crabapple and it is doing great also. These trees are much more healthy than other fruit trees purchased at big box stores. These tree are well worth the price.

I ordered several items, all arrived pretty quick in a dormant state. I planted them the same day. Now we'll just wait to see if all are alive.

Bought 4, got'em planted mulched them put protective guards around each of them, must be still dormant. They're not leafing out, it's June 5'th 2025. We'll see any ideas why they're not putting leaves on yet, did the scratch test seem to be still alive.

I was worried because i've never had a tree shipped to me but they took really great care of the tree. It was in good health when it arrived. Planting the tree was pretty easy too

I really appreciate that you have paw paw trees. The delivery however, had my three trees taped together -- one large tree and two small ones. It took ten minutes to take off the tape. I found the large tree had absolutely no root-ball and no leaves -- presumably it was severely pruned before shipping. As it happens, I received at the same time trees from another nursery, with each healthy-looking tree separately boxed, still in their pots, which made unboxing and planting much easier. The contrast in service is startling.

I did receive my plants and the small tree was all dried up with crispy leaves. I emailed customer service twicw for help and never had any reply.

Both of my cherry trees received were already out of dormancy. When I planted them, the leaves were diseased, and they look very sad.

I rarely leave a 5-star review for anything, but….. Ty Ty’s nursery delivered my plants as described, quickly shipped, and it was obvious that care went into preparing the plants for transit. My plants look healthy so far, they did a great job.

Hello, all the plants look like they’re dead plants. I planted them in a pot of soil to see if it is viable. Also the fertiliser was missing. I have emailed customer service, but no response so far.

Everything appears dead compared to other berries and trees I’ve purchased this year. Hoping at least one of the purchases from Ty Ty comes around.
