The tree was dead when it arrived. I planted it anyway but it is still dead. Currently waiting for a refund or a replacement (live) tree. Not impressed, especially since they tell me they are not processing my refund/replacement for a couple of weeks.

A couple of the plants arrived without roots, so I’ll have to wait and see how well they survive.
It’s nice that they offer a credit if you can prove the issue. However, when you try to use those credits for another purchase, the shipping costs usually outweigh the benefit. At that point, it’s almost better to forget about the credits altogether.

I paid $128.00 for a living plant. My expectation was that it would be shipped by you properly, taking into consideration the excessive heat warnings occurring during this time frame. I spoke with your nursery staff, expressing my concern that I hadn’t received the plant, noting that it was now Friday, 4 days since shipment. On a second call to your nurser I reported the plant had been in the Deerfield Beach USP facility since 3:30 AM on June 11 and remained unprocessed. No attempt was made by your nursery to resolve this matter by contacting your sender to express the issue of heat and perishable plants.
I was told to wait until Tuesday and give you a call if I didn’t receive it. It arrived on Monday, a full 7 days in a box. UPS informed me that you shipped my plant using the most economical option, that being 6 to 8 days ground. Consequently your nonchalant concern resulted in a plant being received as pictured. During this same time, I ordered from 3 other nurseries, my plants arrived with life, ie green leaves which is what I would expect when paying a good sum of money. In fact, they used 3 day ground with UPS. Consequently, I am not pleased with Ty Ty Nursery.

Purchased 4 cherry trees that were bare root. They have only been planted for 1 week and the new growth is very exciting to see!

I ordered the largest cherry tree, which mentioned that it could be pruned back by 30%. The jury is still out if they made right decision to cut back so severely the tree to lower shipping costs. I ordered 8 trees and weight was 28 lbs. Hoping to have blossoms in spring

Tree arrived with no leaves and box ripped in half. Trying to reach for replacement, no reply.

3/4 plants arrived damaged. One is completely dead, a tree arrived with a broken tap root, one is showing signs of stress and failing, and only one grape vine is growing as expected. Will not order from this company again. Especially after receiving a tree that failed the first time I ordered.

We bought a couple sugar maple trees as a gift. One survived the winter great and looks beautiful. The other one didn't! By the time we could tell that it was dead the one year had passed. We emailed them and then sent the requested pictures. They issued us a gift certificate so we could replace it. We are thrilled to have a company that cares more about helping customers than making every penny they can. We strongly recommend them.

Super excited to see what this Damson Plum tree does in years to come. It shipped/arrived quickly, accompanied by email updates to keep me informed. This was my first purchase for our new home. My husband loves the Damson preserves I make, but they are so hard to find. This is the first of many trees I will be purchasing from TyTy and planting in our new yard.

The tree arrived in poor shape, has few leaves and bare roots or hardly any. Was not the tallest availe that get topped off yet it was topped off and it’s 75% dead Please contact me with a replacement

Only negative is I didn’t remember reading they were bare root. That’s on me I’m sure. They looked great when they arrived and hopefully thrive. Thanks!
