Overall, everything was very good. Bought four trees in the spring. They arrived well packed, healthy and are doing well. Bought four more trees a few weeks ago. Again arrived and packed well. Two of the trees seem to be less healthy than the others so I have followed the same steps as the first four. Guess we will see how they do. thx for asking

I was pleased with the ordering it was simple and the 2 trees I purchased were shipped quickly and well packaged but the quality of them was very disappointing. Both looked like barely viable near dead sticks not one leaf. It is early June. I thought it odd that they were so dormant looking. I planted them and one appears that It might be starting to bud. But the other looks about dead. At $48 per tree with shipping. I won't be ordering again.

Scam - rip off. They sell you a 8 foot tall structurally compromised PAWPAW tree at a premium price with 3" diameter scraggly roots and then tell you to cut down the tree to compensate. They'll try to tell you that this is normal like as if 5 seconds on Google and a quick call to your local arborist won't confirm that tyty is nothing but a bunch of clowns running an online scam. Pawpaws should not be pruned. They're sensitive to this behavior. Oh and their warranty? It's poop. Good luck mailing back an 8ft tree and for a STORE CREDIT to buy another structurally compromised tree. CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD AND GET YOUR MONET BACK

We received (4) trees. They arrived in a stressed condition with all leaves wilted and looking poorly. We carefully placed them outside in the sunlight and mild temperature and gently planted them within (46) hours. We gave them plenty of water and good soil to optimize their growth. But (3) days later the leaves are mostly all brown and the trees all look bad. Hopefully they will recover soon.

Very quick delivery and the plants were packaged very well to protect the trees. So far 2 out of the 3 are doing good but the redbud doesn’t seem to be. Overall I’m very satisfied!

They had very poor customer service. We ordered 7-8 ft un pruned trees and 4-5 ft un pruned trees. Then they sent us all the trees pruned! They refused to help us, no refund, no exchange. Very disappointing experience.

My plants arrived dead. I bought a super tall pomegranate and it arrived totally crisped and dead. They said I have to do a scratch test at the base but even if it’s alive at the base doesn’t mean it’s alive at the 6ft high mark which is why a paid a premium for it. I ended up buying a replacement and it arrived in the same condition. $300+ and I have two dead pomegranates. I imagine the grapes are probably dead as well. I’ll never buy from them again and I’m telling everyone I know about it. Real crap and illogical customer service.

I ordered early in march and some of my plants didn’t make it , got told that refund wouldn’t take place till sometime in august , all i wanted to have plants replaced so ordered once it didn’t survived .
Maybe they are busy but it shouldn’t take this long to get refund and it’s not like getting money back , getting credit refund so next time i will not order plants early

I am rating lower than usual as I have bought 4 apple trees and 3 plums trees in the past ant they were good looking healthy trees and they all are thriving great. However these 2 peach trees are very small and had a few buds/leaves on them and they were almost all brown not green. I planted them. A day later more brown than green so we will see how they turn out. And if not we will see how the full replacement works out.
