I've gotten Three trees now the chocolate persimmon the Asian pear and the golden plum and I'm really happy with my experience it was very easy and got here really really fast like within 24 hours or more but not much and the trees are great very healthy I'm very happy with my experience.

Horrible customer service!! Dead plants and missing two bamboo. Run around trying to resolve error by Ty Ty and refused refund or replacement. Buy elsewhere!! Repeat customer but NEVER again due to sneaky fraudulent business practices!

Plants I recieved from this company were completely dried out and leaves were brown . Was not pleased with the plants I recieved . I had ordered some from another company that when I received them they were good and moist and plants and leaves were green plants are doing good but they were female so I had to order male plants is why I ordered more from this company not sure if these plants will survive or not but will not order from Ty Ty nursery again will not recommend.

At 50% off, I feel like the prices were fail. At full price, I simply wouldnt have bought them, and would have been flaming mad if I had. Ty Ty loves to do that ol' trickery move, where they price their products at a ridiculously high rate, and then always having some sale which supposedly expires later this evening, only to then expire later the next evening, and so on..
The trees I received were great. Well packed, in good health, survived the mail journey in JUNE, which is pretty hot in Tennessee. I would recommend you buy from them, but ONLY if a significant sale is running, offering at least 50% off.

A six foot stick arrived. All of the leaves had dried and fell off in transport. Root system was small too so there may not be enough to overcome the loss in transport. My husband is trying to see if it can be saved but nothing so far.

I want to thank MS Theresa for all the help she provided in assisting me with the purchase of my three trees. She was "spot on" in instructing me as to how the trees should be planted. Unfortunately, two of the trees did not produce signs of life after a month's time. Theresa stayed in contact with me and provided replacements for the two trees.
The trees were planted to celebrate the 250th year anniversary of our independence.
