Not at all what we expected, based upon the reviews that we read. Both trees came distressed and one tree had basically no leaves and many broken branches. The company wants to take no action, at this time, to make this right. One unhappy customer!!!

I ordered a large persimmon tree, two raspberry bushes, and a large lily bulb. The plants were mailed to me and delivered promptly. The raspberry bushes appeared to be in a good shape. I planted them the same day I received them, but no sign of life yet after one week. The lily bulb arrived in an ok shape, neither great nor terrible. I planted it and am waiting. The tree arrived dead, totally dried out. The box contained a lot of dried leafs that felt of the tree during the shipping, so it was very clear that they put a dead tree in the box. And this is very disappointing since it was expensive.

I ordered a tree, adding an additional tree on a special offer of buy one get one free. The order only processed and delivered the one tree. Very disappointed customer!

I had a fruit tree from Ty Ty die over the winter. It took some effort, but when I got the right person and submitted the righ information I got credit for a replacement. Chris.

The trees arrived in June without leaves? I planted them but I am very concerned about them surviving.

The overall experiences shopping Ty Ty Nursery are a mix bag. The shopping experience itself is good. I find what I need and they have it, and get it shipped in the time promised. Cool. The problem always comes with the shipping. I don't know if it's different levels of service the shipper provides, but my first shipment got lost for a awhile, then found damaged and returned to Ty Ty, before another was sent out. The next time I bought from them, the package went from their place in Georgia, down to Florida, out to COLORADO, before making it to me in Pennsylvania, a bit battered, but I think still alive. So it's always a stressful experience, hence why I chose three stars.

I received an English walnut tree that had no roots. I sent pictures, requested feedback, and eventually requested a replacement tree. I never received a response from your company. Do you not have personnel to review customer issues? Where is my replacement tree?

Shipped promptly but when I received the leaves were coming off, and they had brown spots all over them.

These guys are the best online nursery you will ever deal with. I have ordered from other places and I’ll never order from anywhere else again.

I ordered 2 apple, 1 plum and a nectarine tree. The website was easy to navigate and the purchase went smooth. Customer support was helpful in holding my order until my last frost date before shipping. Unfortunately, the courier mishandled the package and it arrived at my door very beat up. 3 out of 4 trees survived. I contacted customer support regarding the dead nectarine tree. Customer support was very responsive and kind. They processed a tree guarantee claim for me and gave me store credit for what I paid for the tree minus shipping. Up until this point everything was 5 star service as the nursery can't control the way the courier handles the package on its way to the customer. The credit I received for the tree only covers the cost of the tree and I need to pay over a $40 difference to repurchase a replacement due to the shipping cost. I asked if I could just receive a refund to my original payment for the dead tree as I don't want to pay more than the cost of the tree to ship just 1 tree to my house. I was told it wasn't an option which doesn't seem like a fair business practice to a customer who did nothing wrong. I will no longer trust or buy from an online nursery even if I'm sent a good coupon code. Instead I will buy local and then can guarantee the business will stand behind their product for no additional cost.

Great trees at a good price, quick delivery on items. Would highly recommend , hope to do business with you again !

My bulbs were small considering they were blooming size, I have ordered several times from you and I know these were small. At 73 I can’t wait around long for blooms, ha. Thank you Judyfperry@icloud.com

I’ve been purchasing plantS from Ttyty for about 35 years. This is the first time I have been disappointed in your policies and in the plants I got I ordered two dwarf cherry trees – one is flourishing. The other was a stick. The entire process of getting a refund was so complicated i simply bought another tree which is in fine shape. I also bought a peach tree to be sent to my family in New Jersey. It was a stick. I advised my daughter to go to a local nursery and get a Peachtree there. I’m not sure I will order again from you folks.

Disappointed in this process. Ordered 2 trees, they came in smaller than ordered (credit was given for difference on price without my involvement, nice touch). These two trees were stressed in shipment (too late in the year with the heat???) as they took a few days to arrive.
Too small to plant where we hoped, so potted them both. One appears to be dying and other stressed but hopeful.
If we order again from Ty Ty, we will ensure weather is more conducive and will confirm items are available per the website.

Trees were great. Packaged well. Began growing almost immediately after planting. Very impressed. Only four stars because of the INCREDIBLE amount of advertising email and text messages that followed the sale. Multiple emails and texts every day!

this is a second time we buy green egg plum within 3 weeks, and both plants and in both cases they sent a barely surviving tree. the 1st died within a week and the second one is holding on to life. the three spout that it came with are brown and dead no other grows so far.

My plants arrived quickly and are doing well. Based on my experience I recommend Ty Ty Nursery.

The naturally grown cherry blossom trees are total disappointments. They arrived like a baby sticks, no soil, no leaves and chopstick-thin trunks. I ordered 6 of the 5-6 feet high cherry blossom trees turned out to be a joke!
