I purchased a ginkgo tree from TyTy. They had a good selection and their price was competitive. It shipped quickly. I wanted the tallest/largest tree I could get since they are very slow growing. My only complaint is that upon receiving the tree, about a foot of the top of the tree had been broken off. So, I paid for a taller tree, but ended up getting a shorter one. I can only assume it was damaged during shipping. This was a bit disappointing, other than that, all else went well.

I ordered a fruit bearing jujube tree. I was very disappointed when I unboxed. Tree was tall and skinny. All the branches was chopped off. Didn’t show any sign of fruiting. If I ordered a fruit bearing at least leave on the branch that has fruit to show the buyer that it already bears fruit. But no I got a skinny tall tree with no branch. Would not recommend to buy from this site It came bare root. It did t state that tree was bare root. I gave 2dtars for the height and the delivery.

The pomegranate was pretty sad when I received it two days later it’s a brown stick. I don’t think it likes being bare rooted for shipping.

Bought 2yo muscadine vines expecting something relatively established and safe to plant directly in the ground. Received bare root cuttings with virtually no root system. I immediately put them in the ground, but they really were just cuttings and probably needed a month inside in perlite, which is not what I paid for. Weeks later they’ve done nothing, as expected. Won’t be shopping here again.

2-Year Blackberry Plants received, 3 of the 6 plants are DOA. The other three might have a chance of survival but are extremely feeble for what we paid. Very disappointed.

I was not very happy with my trees. The persimmon tree had few, shriveled leaves, and pecan trees had no leaves and look badly formed. I was surprised that all three trees were stuck together in the same bucket with very little soil medium. I hope they are health and survive the planting.

The bare-root trees came in great shape three days in.
The blackberry plants looked very weak, as did the grapevines. It could be because the shipping took so long. The moisture packages on them were almost dry, and the leaves are dropping now.
All were planted and watered in right away. Only time will tell.

I ordered2 Staley plum tees , both arrived packaged great we played at night with headlights and flashlights to ensue quick planting for best survival , one us doing great q dies as time went on I reached out to let them know 1 was possibly dying and I’d update Theresa responded to the email - fast forward it didn’t survive I sent 4 emails no response so I called spoke to Theresa explained I’d emailed earlier and that it infact did not survive. She requested photos of a scratch test to show no green in the stem/trunk, and said Junee 1st is when they process these and that she had my account pulled up and open to send puck and she would handle it , I did that as soon as we got off the phone . June 1st no email no call no credit showing in my account nothing send 3 emails still nothing I guess they got their money for 2 trees and I paid double for 1 I have heard such great things and read great reviews however I’m regretting doing business with them now .. no customer ever should have to send 7 + emails and a phone call and still nothing

I ordered two autumn olive plants. $134 later I received two sticks with each having only two roots. I stuck them in the ground anyway but I think they will die. Your company is a sham. I should have read reviews before I ordered. Live and learn.
