I received my pecan trees without any problems. I have them potted for now until they start leafing.

Had placed two orders, first order the plant roots were split in half due to being wrapped too tightly, the second order both plants appeared to be half dead, the leaves appeared to have been dead for a long time, not sure who does the inspection or if there is actually any quality control. In the past the trees i ordered were fair

You sent me a dead tree and the gift card is useless. Never shopping here again and I'll leave you bad reviews.

Plants arrived much bigger than I expected. They are planted and doing good so far.

Shipping was fast. The trees arrived intact. I ordered 2 apple trees and 2 cherry trees. The cherry trees arrived in better shape than the apple trees. The apple trees spent an extra day in shipping. I am hopeful that the apple trees perk back up. I'll give them some time. I've read that this is normal for trees that are shipped. I would definitely order from Ty Ty again because I get what I order and they deliver quickly.

Paid for a 6ft tree that died back to a stump and the company doesn't respond to emails. Last time I order from here.

I am happy with the plants but I did not receive everything that was ordered and paid for. I am hoping the company responds to my request for a refund for the missing items. Stay tuned!

It’s too soon for an accurate review. The fig trees arrived well packaged lady week but they haven’t yet produced any new growth.

The tree that I purchased was shipped promptly however I feel a better shipping service could be used. The tree was shipped via UPS ground and left the facility in Georgia early Thursday morning. The tree arrived in Rhode Island late Thursday night. Instead of UPS delivering the tree as scheduled on Friday, the tree sat in its box in a truck or warehouse in the blistering heat over the weekend through Monday and was not delivered until Tuesday. When the tree arrived every leaf on the tree was dried out and falling off. Also due to shoddy packaging, all but three branches on the tree were completely broken off. I called to complain about it and was told that I would get an email to submit pictures for a claim but that never happened. Very disappointed with all parties that handled this transaction.

I ordered 5 blueberry plants, when they arrived 3 looked dead. I planted them and 2 died. When I called the nursery to inquire about it, I was told to wait until June and call back. I called in June and was told to call back in July. Terrible customer service, I won’t be buying anything else from them.

My shopping experience with you has been a nightmare because you do not honor your warranty our guarantee on plants. I had two trees that arrived mostly dead, one almost all the way dead and then blueberry bushes that have some sort of disease on them. According to my app picture this these blueberry plants are very sick. . They’ve got holes in the main stems that are feeding these leaves. I was told yesterday that the leaves will all fall off and come back again later. These can’t come back again when the stem is compromised. I have sent pictures at least three times to the same address that is given on their website and I can’t seem to get past “the owners will be looking at the photos“. I’ve ordered from multiple mail order places for plants and trees due to doing a yard that is new. The plants arrived in no water without any kind of gel or wrap around the roots. As you know, it takes a while to build your gardens and yard. I don’t even want a credit because I won’t be buying anything else with this company. I am going to be reporting this company to the Georgia Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau.
