Tree already looks burned and told by a friend it won't survive. I did all the things. Had it planted in 2 days from arriving and watered it. I didn't do a good job with it. It's sad and a waste of $70 for me as not a tree growing person.

The two blueberry bushes I rec'd were in bad shape, one of them was totally dead. I called TYTY the very next morning and reported to them and sent them pics of the plants. I called the second day to make sure they rec pics and they did. So far I have not heard back from anyone!

Their return policy is misleading and bogus. If they send you a bad plant, unfortunately, you'll be stuck waiting until next year start over putting that plant a year behind your others. Unless of course, you pay out of pocket.To go ahead and get another one in time. And then when they provide the refund, they don't refund you for the shipping As well. So either way, you end up paying for the plant replacement plant.

Bought 8 Eastern Red Bud trees and 80% of the leaves were dried up. They should have been delivered in pots, instead they were packaged in groups of 4 with shrink wrap around the roots. When I took the wrap off the roots stunk like rotten eggs. Smelt as if it had root rot

Not the fault of TyTy, but UPS dropped the ball and took an additional two days to deliver from the promised date. Unfortunately the trees suffered. Hopefully, they will survive.

Placed my order on a Thursday didnt arrive till the following Wednesday they looked dead with no green growth and havnt gotten any better.

The buying experience was quick and easy! However I have no growth on my tree is been a good while probably close to 8 weeks now followed planting directions over sized hole watered it in, I heavily watered for two weeks straight it has a daily sprinkler set for 5 am 20 mins each day .I fertilize it the day it was planted I mulched around it with hard wood mulch. I'll give it a few more weeks.

Ordered 2 redbud trees. The way they were shipped led to them originally being marked as damaged and undeliverable. A few days later, the package was delivered anyway with the damaged packaging.
One of the trees had a major break in the main trunk/branch about 2/3 the way up. Send photos of the tree, break, and shipping box to tyty support on Tuesday (the day I received the package). Have not heated back to identify how to proceed (refund or exchange or return) in the 4 days since.
