I have an issue with my trees showing up dry and dead or near dead. Resent to emails regarding this with no response but I am getting promo emails every day. 2 of my trees are completely dead and the rest will take some time to recover if they do. They all had the gel on their roots but the rest of each tree was crispy like they’d been in a kiln. Swamp cypress is completely dead and sycamore too. The others are showing serious stress but are still alive so I’m hopeful they’ll recover. These were all planted within an hour of arrival. The least I could get is some feedback.

Tree came very quickly...is not doing so well now..leaves are turning a rusty color. Have never seen this before and this is our 10th redbud we have planted. Small one in front from seed is doing well...green leaves.please advise.

The tree was damaged during shipping. I spoke to two young ladies I sent pictures, etc. however, the last young lady I spoke with wasn’t too helpful but she did give me a 15% credit. I think she said I don’t know it was like 10 or 11 bucks. I will plant it in a pot and pray until it grows if I have any trouble I’ll reconnect with the nursery.

I purchased two grafted 3-4 feet persimon trees last year for growing zone 6 at $99.75 each before 35% clearance sale. This spring there is no sign of growth for both trees. I contacted TyTy nursery regarding plant warranty, and was told to do scratch test and send them pictures, I sent the picture back on 6/4 and now awaiting a response. So far, this experience has not been pleasant, I guess by the time I receive your determination whether or not my plants are covered under your plant warranty and growing season is over this year. I had purchased fruit trees from Stark Bros in the past (I only purchased from Ty Ty nursery this time because Stark Bros was out of stock for the items I am looking for), and their plant warranty is a breeze, I just send them a picture of your dead plants and they send me a replacement trees before i knew it. With Ty Ty plant warranty by issuing a credit (if they think my trees are dead) and I will most likely pay another $40 plus shipping fee if I were to reorder. Would i come back? Probably NOT.

I was expecting a healthy plant but when I unpacked my raspberry plant it didn’t look good. The roots looked dead and the stem looked bad. I didn’t want to say anything right away but I have to now because I really wanted that plant and it sucks to have paid almost 60$ to get something in bad shape.

Plant arrived with dried out leaves. We tried to revive it over the next three weeks planting it promptly in the group and providing abundant sunshine and watering regularly. Unfortunately, it did not survive. Reaching out to the nursery provided zero resolve as they never responded. I’ll never purchase from them again.

I purchased tree recently that arrived with the trunk slit about 8 inches from the base. Most of the branches were dead. It was bare root and wrapped very tightly so it did not happen in transit. Someone just didn't inspect it before shipping. I called and was told
to email customer service. They didn't respond. After many calls, I finally reached someone who said with attitude that they would issue a full refund. After 2 weeks, I have not received my refund and it's been impossible to reach customer service again. Hold time lasted 30 minutes before I gave up. This has been a terrible experience. Buyer beware!
