I have ordered with this company twice and both times the plants have come lackluster. Their customer service hasn’t been great either. Browned and wilted leaves. And they ship items in the most cost efficient way for them even though as a customer I was charged separately for shipping. Both my orders (one a tree and another a bush) were saran wrapped together and conjoined. Very traumatic I’m assuming for the plants and for myself as I had to separate the two roots balls.

Of 3 plants, 1 looked good, 1 had die back, and 1 was nearly completely dead and desiccated upon arrival (less than 30 min after ups dropped off). I emailed TyTy with photos about the items but never heard back. It has been a disappointing experience

I would not buy a Hardy fig tree from this company. My experience was horrendous. I am on my third tree in 2 years and a very difficult process. I need 400 words to explain it. I have no idea about other products.

The paw paw trees I bought were rescheduled twice for delivery. When I received it, the box broke and one of the trees tip broke about a half foot. I'm really hoping the trees will thrive because there are barely roots.

I purchased this Stella Cherry tree as a gift for my daughter-in-law that she specifically asked for. She wanted one sour cherry and one sweet cherry tree. I found the sour cherry tree on FastGrowingTrees (another online nursery located in SC). They didn't have the size Stella she wanted so I was happy to find it on TyTy's website. Ordered both at the same time. The FastGrowingTree cherry tree arrived first--in beautiful condition, full of leaves, planted in a #7 pot. The TyTy Stella arrived a few days later (shipped from GA). It was bareroot, devoid of leaves, in an embarrassingly awful condition. There was no mention whatsoever in the description of the Stella Cherry Tree on TyTy's website that the tree would be shipped bareroot, and the fact that it was shipped in that leafless condition is beyond belief. I will not pay to have it sent back and additionally, be charged a restocking fee. I will wait to see if TyTy honors their one-year guarantee because I am convinced this tree will not survive.

I know it’s the end of the season, but two of the four blueberry bushes looked really weak. I’ve potted them and hope that they make it. The last order from TyTy was great - I was a bit disappointed this time.

I received my Tulip Polar on time, good price and as promised for my daughter and son-in-law's anniversary. No leaves but plenty of buds, professionally trimmed. Looking forward to watching it grow. All of the planting preparation tools were included, the packaging was really to protect the tree.

Received 5 trees, 3 in good condition with fresh leaves but 2 trees, creep myrtles, are not in good shape. Leaves are withered and dried. I am trying to do my best to revive these 2 trees. I hope they guarantee if these cannot be revived. Furthermore, confirmation of ordered was not received until I called the company to ask.
