Purchased 8 raspberry plants, NONE of them survived. Trying to get

Good experience

The plants came in a dormant state & one had a tan color underneath the bark when I tried to look for life. I have emailed customer service but have not gotten a response back.

I received my order in record time. A fairly large order I think. I never heard of this nursery before but I read the reviews. Though there are some low stars, the company seemed quick to respond and answer each with individual information.
That impressed me.
I have not ordered from a nursery for years and years. I really wanted a variety of trees and blueberry bushes to grow and produce over time.
This is 2026 and the food supply now is ridiculously tainted by big biz.
Ordered on a Sunday, received it that Friday!
And what a delightful surprise.
The box had all my 11 trees, 6 blueberry plants and 2 flower bulbs.
All I can say is that all my trees were larger than I expected and my blueberry bushes had leaves/berries!
I got half the order planted the next day and the rest day after. As this is just about a week later, I can report all trees and plants look good. One peach tree (Red Haven) hasn't done any budding but is flexible still. My 2 Chestnut trees (American and Revival) also went in later and haven't changed much. I already have an old American Chestnut and it was slow to bud out too.
So the verdict is still out on those 3 trees, but all the rest so far are showing signs of growth and not much shock.
I used an auger attachment on my cordless drill for the holes. As my soil was still moist from rain and rich, I only used sand to mix inside the holes. Some organic soil that I put the trees into before planting, but other than that - straight into the ground.
Very pleased and will update given something changes.
As it turns out, my son had already ordered from Ty Ty and his 3 trees are doing well after a year. He actually gave me the Mulberry one to put on our farm which I had no idea where he had bought it. It is doing fantastic after a year with beautiful leaves on it.
I do not over water, as we do get some rain and the soil is rich.
Will order again to expand my orchard and gardens.

The trees look dead when they got to me I wouldn’t order a damn thing from these people. I ordered two magnolia trees, a great daddy, granddaddy, great beard and a fruit tree, and they all look dead when I, very unsatisfied, I sent pictures to him and everything and haven’t heard nothing about

To be honest I shouldn’t be giving 4 stars but I am in customer service and I know these things are important. Marlene and the team has worked with me on my dead plants for my past orders to help the customer service side of it. I buy from you guys because of your prices. The quality of the plants shipped I would give 1 star. I would consider a different shipping timeline to get the plants from the field to boxing faster. They dry out from what I can tell. I am an avid farmer and also Silvopasture enthusiast who works very closely with nature in my regenerative operation. I will continue to buy from you, TYTY has not screwed me “yet” like other online nurseries have. Thank you for opportunity to leave this review I hope it reaches the right people. God bless America

I am very pleased with the quality and care of my products.

Every plant that came in is thriving all but the Georgia Bell peach tree. It is not doing anything and looks dead

The large blueberry plant arrived with many broken brances and brown, withered leavees throughout. The broken brances occurred during shipment, but the brown leaves indicate poor treatment prior to shipping.
The two raspberry plants were just stumps instead of thriving plants. I would not have ordered them if I had known what you were shipping me.
I realize that these plants were end-of-season and bottom-of-the-barrel, but I expected better plants from TyTy.

My blueberry tree arrived dead

The package came in good shape wondering it was 7 feet tall. The tree was in good shape and packaged very nicely. We received it late in the afternoon and it was in the ground the next day. It hasn’t perked up yet and hopefully it will soon.

Plants are healthy and arrived on time.

Most the trees are starting to sprout, blueberry is struggling, but over all happy!

Ships fast. Delivery was quick too. Bare root Asian pears that I bought were 3'to 4' and 2 others were ordered at 5' to 6'. Everything that arrived was 6' ! Super generous of Ty Ty

I have ordered a few trees this spring for my newly constructed home and most of them are looking pretty good.

I'm not sure how to fill out a review on trees that arrived as specified, well packed but there is absolutely no green buds/life that has emerged yet. Its only been a week, but gosh how can I review that?

Shopping and info to plant were easy to accomplish. I was excited to see the one year warranty. But I ordered four plants and only received three. I emailed for help and after two days have not received a follow-up.
