First time buyer. I am very disappointed dealing with your customer service after I wrote that I received a tree that looks like it was dying . I took a video after I opened a package with the tree. The roots were covered in jelly like substance. Leaves were wilted.
I sent the video to your customer service. I expected your company to replace the dying tree with a healthy one. I received a sarcastic reply from Mirissa saying that “Your tree is alive and well .”
I planted it anyway and see no signs of improvement.
I was considering to purchase two more apple trees. I have no confidence in your company now. It’s an unpleasant situation.

They send high tree bigger than what I ordered, wanted to retuun it but they did not give me lable when i check with Ups they said you need pay 400$ for retun becouse it is a huge package .

Haven't had issues in the past but this time 4 of the 11 trees have absolutely zero green on them. I planted then and we will see what happens, but they sure look dead to me. Several of the apple trees had very discolored leaves and very wilted. Almost looks like there is a disease on them. Planted them as well and will see what happens.

The trees appear to be in very poor condition and look mostly dead. I planted them in pots for now and will replant them in the field if they recover, though that seems unlikely. If they do not revive, I will most likely request a refund.

I ordered two trees, an eight foot persimmon and a white pomegranate. Shipping was fast, ordering seamless. My pomegranate arrived lovely but the persimmon was dried up. I planted both immediately and am hoping persimmon finds a pulse. I'm a repeat customer and usually have no problems with plants from Ty Ty.
