If I could write zero stars that's what I would do! First I purchased a tree and it died and the women on the phone told me well you should have planted it in the Fall. I planted it when I received it! Then the credit for the tree was less then I paid, and now the Credit numbers they gave me don't work. I wouldn't even bother with this company.

The trees were very well wrapped. Not sure the 5 foot Cherry is going to make it! Poor little thing is struggling even with the shock and transplant TyTy sent... The flowering Plum is struggling also. But they are babies yet, so we shall see. Been in the dirt apx 3 weeks now.

At first I was worried about the two apple trees I ordered because they were showing no signs of growth like the other fruit trees i ordered. They just need more time to recover from shipping. Prices were better than two local nurseries in my area. Will buy more in the future.

My experience was probably UPS fault. My box of live trees went from GA to my local hub in NC and then shipped to IN and back to NC. Only one item had any foliage by the time ihey finally arrived 2 weeks late. If these don’t live I’m most likely done with TYTY.

You sent us a stick with three sagging. Sad leaves on it. We followed the instructions to the tea. Planted it that day. And have watered it religiously. Now I have a dead stick in my lawn. I would like to send you a picture of this stick to show how you people had cut off the top of the tree to make it 5 foot tall. That was probably all the green leaves it had. I have never been so disappointed in a shipment before.

I received TWO black bamboo plants. One was fine. It was well-planted and should do well as soon as we get some more sun here in Houston.
The other one was bent over and had grown to a 45–90-degree angle rather than straight up. I usually get good plants from TyTy, but not this time. Not what I was looking for! It doesn't look like a BLACK bamboo either.

it was late in the shipping season for bear root. 3 of the four trees were leafing out. One was fully leafed and very dry. I trimmed most of the leaves off and so far the tree looks like it is recovering.
