The tree came packaged nicely! The only thing I wish was different is how the fertilizer was taped to the roots packaging because I ended up throwing all 3 of them away on accident.

I ordered two mulberry trees. They arrived quickly and were packaged well. They were very expensive but I was glad to find a nursery that had not sold out of the mulberries. I was not happy with the condition of the trees. They were/are covered with neem oil burn spots and yellowing leaves

Where do I begin? I ordered 2 plants. one was a 3 year fruiting raspberry plant and another a 3 year fruiting blackberry plant. What did I receive for my waste of $90? I got 1 twig that is a so called blackberry plant. I called customer service and did what they told me to do. I sent pictures to your text line. No response. I will be disputing the charges. 0 stars!

My order was split into 2 shipments. The first half was good 3 of the 6 trees arrived on time. The other 3 trees bounced around UPS for another week and when they arrived all the leaves were brown. We planted them anyway and are hoping for the best, but they were REALLY dry bare roots. Not really the nurseries fault, but issues are issues. We will have to see how they do and how, if they do not make it, then how it is handled.

I ordered a kwanzan cherry tree. I ordered the 6 foot size but it was definitely bigger than that. I couldn't have been happier. It was packaged with care, and arrived looking amazing! The tree has since declined, either due to stress or my own doing but I spoke with Jordan and she assured me everything will be okay. I just need to be patient and wait for it to bounce back.

Everything was great and the tree is showing many new signs of growth since starting to accumulate to its new environment. My only question is why it was already past the budding phase. I expected to see the beautiful fuchsia buds. I guess I will have to wait until next spring. Otherwise the tree is doing well and I am very pleased with it and the overall ordering, delivery and quality of my tree!
