TREE ARRIVED LOOKING HALF DEAD. HALF THE LEAVES WERE WITHERED AND BROWN, AND THE OTHER LEAVES WERE PALE YELLOWISH-GREEN. THE ONLY CONSOLATION IS THAT THE TREE WAS STILL ALIVE. IF IT WAS NOT, I WOULD PROVIDE A 1-STAR RATING!

UPS delivered a damaged box with the tree having a few broken limbs. The driver asked if we wanted to accept the delivery or send it back. We saw that there weren’t many Rising Sun Redbud trees left in stock so we decided to plant it and see what happens. Our tree looks like it is suffering from transplant shock. The leaves were beautiful shades of green and yellow when the tree arrived. The leaves have wilted and a few fell off the tree. We are watering the tree daily and hoping that it survives. The tree has looked worse every day since it arrived. Hopefully it perks back up. If you have any suggestions for getting it to thrive we would appreciate it. We want it to grow into a healthy tree and we are concerned that it is suffering from transplant shock.

Received the pecan tree and it looked in good condition! Roots looked well! No buds or branches on it upon delivery so got my fingers crossed 🤞 and followed their planting instructions w additives and tree shield! Now as long as Mother Nature is good to the newly planted tree it should bud green up and grow into a great addition to my yard as advertised! 5 stars ⭐️ if and when it does 💫

My tree did arrive wilted and I’m trying to revive it now. I did submit a claim and am waiting for response yet. I will give this nursery 5 stars regardless though because these things do happen and it know the tree was sitting in shipment all weekend. It was packaged well though and came with slow release fertilizer so we will see if I plan revive this tree. Still recommend Ty Ty Nursery though!

I ordered a pecan tree and 2 grapes. All three came in and looked completely awful, was not happy with any of them they look dead. I wrote into the company asking how I can go about sending them back and getting a refund to which I have yet to get a response. I wasted time and money with this nursery, and it will never ever happen again.Complete trash.

I applied for Plantsurance for a dead persimmon tree I bought last year, but the response was very slow and the warranty action was extremely bad. I wish they would understand the pain of consumers who are waiting without any fault of their own.
