I ordered 3 trees. The fig tree I ordered was great. The cherry tree I ordered was supposed to be 3-4 feet but the main growth was cut and tree had no limbs. Though, after several weeks, the cherry tree has grown several new leaves. The third tree, a pin oak, was delivered essentially dead. The tree was cut to meet size, all the limbs were broke, and no signs of life after several weeks planted.

I have not bought from TyTy in a couple of years because the plants that I was getting from them was not good quality. I had bought hundreds of dollars worth of plants and I would say between 50 to 75 percent of them did not make it. I decided to give them another chance and bought 4 bareroot blackberry plants and when I received them, I realized why I stopped buying from TyTy. The roots on three of them looked pathetic and one of them only had one root stem...no ancillary roots. I have bought from other online nurseries and their bareroot products are extremely better quality; with a complex root system on all of the plants. Those other nurseries plants success rate is almost 100 percent. I do not expect these blackberry plants to make it...a couple already looks like it's dead with the main stem turning from green to grey.

For three years running I have ordered large mulberry trees rated for my growing zone. I have spent in excess of 500 dollars for the materials to properly plant and grow said trees according to specifications. Despite all every tree has died after a year. To date I have not one single living tree. This is my last order with Ty Ty as it is clear that even with a one year guarantee I will never have an actual tree that lives. I hope everyone else better luck. As for me, I’m done with Ty Ty.

The plants were wrapped in plastic with little to no soil. I had to manually separate the 2 plants I bought. This was not like any plant buying experience I’ve ever had and both plants have already died.

Took months, deceptive email messages, undersized plant - nicely wrapped. Go somewhere better than this.

I’m sorry but I just expected a more fuller tree

I bought a tree that is supposed to be 7-8’ tall. It’s barely taller than my eight-year-old who’s around 51” tall and the tree is also horribly crooked. Very disappointed.
