The Dolgo crabapple is a nice size and looks healthy. Also, the root system was great! This wasn't your fault but I was definitely not happy with the handling of the package. I think you guys need to come up with a way to keep the tree more stationary. It fell around in the box and limbs were broken, plus the main trunk top was broken off. Not sure yet if it will hurt its growth or even whether it lives or not. These people handling packages could care less how much they damage the goods.

Two of four trees are living one of four alive below the graft root stock has sprouts one seem to be no sign of sprouts from the bear root tree.

The plants I got were not in very good shape. I ordered a 4 to 5-ft tall tree. The top of it had been cut off. The four leaves that were left on it were shriveled and brown and I got a hydrangea bush that was tightly bound. All the leaves are black on the ends. I'll be very surprised if either one of them live.

Trees are Great!! My only problem was that you took out over $300 for $170 order as a hold so I went all weekend minus that $300. I do love the trees, however having $300 out of my account for three days was not the best

I ordered 3 trees. 1 peach and 2 apple. One of the apples did not take root and the other did not make it through winter. We have ordered from other orchards and nurseries in the past and have had much better success. I guess we are back to going to fast growing trees. Before the winter I felt like these trees would not make it through the winter. So I tried to call in for plant insurance and they denied my claim making me wait until after winter. Now that it is spring I checked the plants. The one plant was completely unrooted and did not take the other one did not overwinter and is dead. I have sent three emails to customer service and submitted two plant insurance form request and called their customer service and still have not received anything. Back is past time when I can deny this charge through credit card, but I am very unhappy customer right now
