The Russian Pomegranate Tree arrived nicely wrapped and boxed. No issues on unboxing it and planting it in my yard. Time will tell if the tree will take. Right now the leaves are a bit wilted, but I will assume with water and sunshine, the tree will re-vitalize and then flourish.

In 2023 I bought 2 Concord grape vines and a year later I had grapes for my happiness. The plants came with gel cooling the roots, excellent packaging, quick delivery, very pleased with the experience. I've bought them again this year 2025 and once again very satisfied. Strongly recommended.

This company is so professional. Communication was excellent. I appreciated all the emails and tracking information. The trees arrive securely in a box on ice or some type of cooling on the roots. Very fast delivery. I was very very impressed.

We had ordered a sassafras tree and then became aware of the fact that it can kill dogs so we called customer service and they canceled our order and refunded our money for that tree. Immediately all of the other trees were shipped in great condition with a really good root balls And we will definitely be ordering from there again.

I received the two persimmon trees two weeks ago. I immediately potted them and have been watering them everyday. No sign of life as of yet. :(

I recently received my order on Friday. (Order #581617) and I reached out regarding the condition of the plants the day I received them. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. They arrived looking very stressed and unhealthy—some were wilted and discolored on the goji, and other appeared to be damaged in transit, and possibly looked like it was dead with all the leaves wilted on the kiwi.

I understand that shipping live plants can be challenging, but I wanted to bring this to everyones attention because it seems something went wrong during the process. I sent attached photos for reference to the costomer service and heard nothing. We were so excited to get these plants.

I've ordered from other online nurserys (One Green world and Stark Bros) and they came in much better health. The few times that they did not and I send pictures and they promptly got back to me to send me new ones with no questions asked after receiving my pictures. I was taking a risk trying this company, but trusted that it would be a similar experience. The plants now, four days later, have lost all their leaves on both plants and the kiwi is blackening on the vine that was growing. The goji's yellow leaves have all dried up and fell off. They look terrible and they were not cheap.

At this point I could never recommend this company to anyone. I would suggest they look elsewhere unless this situation is remixed.

UPS was not consistent with their commitment to deliver on a certain date. I wonder if this delayed shipping caused the plants to start to die in the box. TyTy was good about sending me updates and they shipped the items in a timely manner; but once it was with UPS the breakdown took place. All in All TyTy was a good experience, I just hope my cherry tree and banana tree isn't dead; but the leaves were not green when it they arrived. The other trees had the branches and limbs cut off and I am guessing they will be fine but time will tell. I would say give TyTy a chance as they do have a good variety and fair prices especially give the size of the trees they send.

The tree arrived very securely packaged. The roots were well wrapped in plastic with gel to keep them wet. The planting instructions were very easy to follow. Unfortunately, the tree didn't survive; I'm not sure where it went wrong. I will purchase from them again, though.

Very healthy intact cherry as described. It is sent bare root but with protection and hydration. All limbs are cut off so the tree isn’t stressed out. VERY professional packaging and very fast shipping. I am more than satisfied with this transaction. Thank you TyTy!

The packaging for the banana tree was excellent; however, the plant arrived in very poor condition and appeared nearly dead. I have photos available if you would like to review them. Additionally, the cutting lacked sufficient cambium from the mother plant, which is essential for its survival. I am making every effort to revive it, but unfortunately, its chances seem slim.

This was my first order from TyTy, and while I do not want to be overly critical, I must express my disappointment with the quality of the plant that was allowed to be shipped.

Great product, fast delivery and the tree came bare Root but strong and easily planted. I also bought 2 blueberry bushes and the came with bare roots and already leaked out. Easily planted and still surviving after 3 days.

I ordered 2 black cap bushes, and paid extra for the somewhat larger ones. The only photo on the website was of a bush with berries. While I did not expect to have berries upon arrival, I certainly did not expect the small dry twig with a few roots attached that I received. I called- and a very nice woman explained that that’s what they send, and it should start to sprout out in a month or so. Fine- but then the website needs to say that, so buyers know what to expect. I would not have ordered them if I’d known.

The first tree I purchased already had 75% off its leaves dead by the time it arrived. When it didn't transplant I asked if their guarantee covered it and to their credit they gave me a store credit. I used that credit plus more this season to buy 2 of the same trees. One arrived in perfect condition with a full set of leaves and a large mass of healthy roots. The second one had essentially no roots - the trunk formed in 2 and there was literally only one small tail of healthy roots coming off of one side. The difference in these 2 trees from the same order is staggering and I don't expect the latter tree to survive. I can't help but wonder if claiming their guarantee resulted in replacement with an unwanted tree. Either way, they did technically adhere to the guarantee, shipping and packaging were great, and the customer support was helpful and responsive. But that second tree should never have been sold to a paying customer, so I can only give 3 stars for the quality control.

Ordering was easy, shipping was quick and my cherry blossom was packed carefully for the trip. It arrived in perfect condition. I can’t wait to watch it grow!

Although the tree I purchased arrived in a timely manner and the roots were professionally packaged, the upper canopy was not. The main branch possessing most of the foliage snapped off in transit. The only remaining branch has very little foliage remaining and most of it has died already. I honestly feel like a replacement or a refund is order for this.
