Ordered a 5–6-foot Bing Cherry Tree. With roots it was 5-6 feet, but after planting it was only 4.5 feet tall. Who measure roots when talking about a tree height? I've never had this experience with a nursey, online or in person. It has 4 branches. Each have buds only about halfway up. The upper buds look dried out. We'll see what happens over a year.

I would'nt recommend making a purchase from this company. Ordered 2 blueberry plants. They arrived bare root, half dead. When I spoke to them, they told me to give them time they were field grown and would pop back out, that there was 1 year warranty. Here we're 2 months later, both are dead. I called them today to get refund since there was the 1 year warranty. I told them would send all the pictures they needed. They told me it's not a warranty it's a 1 year insurance policy that only allows store credit. Also was told they're grown in a pot not in a field this time. Honestly, why would I buy anything else from someone who does business like this, assuring the store credit would be useless. So I'm out approximately $90 for dead blueberry plant's. Give 1 star because I couldn't leave it at 0.

I ordered 4 of the 6" bamboo, that would contain up to 6' stalks. The day after I placed the order I called to verify when they would be shipped. Since these were shipping to Colorado from Georgia, they recommended that they would be shipping out the following Monday, saving the bamboo from sitting in a hot UPS truck over the weekend.
This was above and beyond, and I was super appreciative of the service provided.
UPS ground took 4 days to deliver, but that is UPS ground for you. Bamboo arrived and stalks looked healthy. Most of the leaves were dry, but you could clearly see lots of life in the well packed rhizomes.
My only qualm, the four pcs set of bamboo I ordered only came with one of the bamboo starter packs, and I think they should provide one pack per bamboo ordered.
Overall, great support and solid value for a hard to find live plant.

Received the tree via UPS and was extremely dried out, probably from sitting in the truck over the weekend. Soaked the roots in water for 24 hours and planted, per written instructions…..we’ll see.

i Recently purchased a Maple tree from them and was very disappointed in the stick bare root tree I purchased from them in no way was I expecting a bare root tree and their site did not say that what it was I did email their customer service about my purchase issue but have not heard back from them so much for customer service

I was so disappointed when I opened the box. All leafs of the Swamp Mathew tree are dried out. The Ladyfinger grape vine is not a plant, just a bare stems and a damaged foot, no signs of life. Feel so bad to make such a big mistake bought the plants from your company. I want replacement or refund..

We did receive three creeping fig vines, and two of the three almost died immediately we submitted a request for a refund. We have uploaded pictures and we've heard nothing back, otherwise, I would leave a 5 star review.

My weeping willow tree was well packaged with roots protected, however it has no leaves and no buds. I am concerned about its survival. I will follow up if it survives.

The bare root tree came in a timely manner a few weeks ago. It had a satisfactory root system, and I was able to plant it within a couple of days while I kept the roots moist with a wet bed sheet covering them in the mean time. Some of he leaf buds are starting to swell and are showing green. Time will telll how this tree gets along, but I am very hopeful it will leaf out and grow well.
