Prices were great and received plants very quickly. They were healthy and packaged well. Our only complaint is that some of the trees were pretty crooked and wish they would have sorted in some that were straighter.

The great selection of plants is nice. The packaging is pretty good. The shipping was pretty quick. The white Pomegranate I ordered didn't look too good when I received it. I'm hoping it recovers. The Mulberries are starting to put out leaves, I'm confidant they will make it. There was only 1 little packet of starter for 5 trees. I thought there was supposed to be 1 for each tree. I will start them in pots and see how they do.

Trees arrived promptly already sprouting out. Tree guards worthless, to short for deer protection and I ordered 2 trees only got 1 little bag fertilizer so wondering which tree will get boost while other gets none, stupid error, employees need better training. Otherwise I'm very pleased thanks for asking. Hope problem gets fixed for next person. đ

I spent $100 for 3 year old fruit bearing plants. I received 4 sticks with little to no roots. All but 1 died within a week

I ordered 2 of the pompadour grass 3 gallon bucket. When I received they, I told the driver there should be one more he said there wasnât. When I opened the box there were 2 in the same 3 gallon bucket. Needless to say, I was a little disappointed in the size. Hopefully they will grow to be bigger.

I ordered two 5-6ft trees which turned out to be 4ft tall when planted. I think that they understand that the root ball is part of the height of the tree but that makes no sense and I have never heard of tree height being measured from the bottom of the root to the top of the tree. One of the trees was infected with "rust" and I am not sure it will survive. I have treated it and now it is wait and see.

Plant arrived not as described and in poor condition. Additionally the website states that all shipments arrive with a packet of fertilizer which was not included. I would never purchase from them again. The plants I received were not worth the $140 I paid and I feel like the website description is crap. I reached out to customer service twice and it was not a good experience either time. I was asked to send picture of what arrived and never received a response .

I ordered a River Birch. It was delivered quickly. When I opened the box, the tree had been cut off at the top to make it fit into the box. It had a single, straight trunk and would have been a perfect tree; however, it will not have a single, straight trunk. That his extremely disappointing. In addition, I receive emails from this company continually. I have "unsubscribed" several times, but still receive emails. I will never do business with this company again.
