You can find bigger and better alternatives that are already acclimated at your local nurseries, then shipping for two little trees that are dormant and bareroot was $35! I figured if I was paying high prices I’d get great products, nope!

If I could do less than one star I would. I did not spend $80+ for a tree to be sent a grafted tree that is already wilting/dying. I emailed three days ago and still have not heard back.

I received the plant on time as indicated. It was very well packaged. I'm satisfied so far as long as it survies. I planted via instructions and will post another rating if it dies.

We love Ty Ty Nursery. We have been trying to get this tree for about 2 years. When I searched for the tree this year, Ty Ty Nursery came up in the search results.
Every time we ordered it in the past two years, it was never shipped as the other nurseries ran out oof stock. At Ty Ty, you know they have it as indicated by the website. Plus, they stated they ship the next day, which they did.
The tree was carefully packed and protected, which we also appreciated.
Ty Ty is a nursery that we will purchased from again in the future. We highly recommend them.

Planted the red and black raspberry plants and had no growth on them. They did say they would be dormant. Beenin the ground for awhile and no growth at all. Planted many rasberry bushes and never had a problem with them growing right away. Far as I am concerned they are dead. Customer service was no help and also sent emails with pictures as they told me to do and no response. Not happy at all.

They sent me the wrong bamboo items that I hadn't ordered.

Paid extra for a larger tree and came damaged with the top lopped off. Accidents and shipping happen, however I contacted the nursery several times and never heard back from them.

Placed an order. Then needed to cancel it right away. No one answering the phone. Figured an email would be responded to better by an internet based company anyway. So I sent an email to cancel within fifteen minutes of placing the order. Two days later I get an email that the order is shipping. I try to call again twice. No one will answer the phone. I email again. This time I get a reply telling me I cancelled too late and I should have called instead of email.

Website did not mentioned that plants are bare roots with no pots. With the same price, I could buy larger plants if same kind. I am not sure even some of them were alive. Too tiny. Might have wait for years to see if they even bear fruits
