2 of the 3 plants I received were dead. I wrote an email for further direction about what to do in such situation but got no response. Now may have to dispute it in a different way. It is a pity since customer service is very important and without it, I am obliged not to order again from you.

Shopping experience was fine. Plants received not so much. Black raspberry plant arrived with small amount of mold on roots & plant is showing 0 signs of life. Crape Myrtle & Grancy bush are also showing no signs of life. All were planted within 12 hours of receipt.

First. It took UPS five days to ship two vines 200 hundred miles, for $25 shipping. The vines appear to be in good shape. Tags fell off during shipping. I called Thursday texted photos to identify the vines. Have yet to hear which is blackberry and which is Raspberry.

Brandywine raspberry bare rootstock plants looked okay upon arrival with greenish buds but not looking well after transplanting, the buds dried out and turned brown. Waiting to see if any new growth appears.
