I recently ordered 8 trees from TyTy Nursery. They are the worst looking bare rooted trees that I have ever seen. I have had a commercial nursery in Kentucky for over 20 years and have planted at least 20,000 trees. These should be classified as whips, rather than trees. They arrived with no limbs and hardly any roots. Two crabapples had leaves that were turning brown. They have since died. Two redbuds are showing some signs of life. They are the only ones with decent roots at all. I'll see what happens to the rest. The warranty is to get replacement trees next year and I pay the shipping. If I had seen these trees, I never would have ordered them. I should have sent them back the day that they arrived.

I purchased a Forest Pansy Redbud tree. While the tree was properly packaged, it looked just about dead on arrival... as in the leaves were all dry/withered. For a 6-7 foot tree, it also barely had any roots. We planted the tree, but we'll see if it survives!

The single paper included in shipping provided instructions on planting "bare root" something or other, ends up being instructions for tree planting. Raspberries are shipped bare root and should NOT be planted in a big hole like a tree. The paper included is unnecessary and misleading. Plant roots were kept moist with some gel and paper, good job on that! Time will tell if my berries will be bountiful.

Received my 2 cherry trees in good condition and well packed. Planted them the next day and now leaves are already coming out. Hopefully it will continue to grow and will give me lots of sweet cherries!

I was very disappointed with the poor packaging of the tree to be shipped. When I received my tree almost all the branches and the top of the tree was broken off. So the 6-8 foot tree that I purchased is now about a 4 foot tree with only a few branches. A very sad looking tree that cost well over one hundred dollars! Customer service was in contact with me to fix the issue but communication from them has stopped and I have had no results. So I planted the sad tree and will see if it lives or not. Either way I will never buy from this nursery again.

Very disappointed in this purchase. Quince tree was basically a stick with 12 leaves, 3 of which were taped to the top of the box. Overpriced for the plant and the shipping. Plant is bear root as described but shipping should have reflected that. Customer service was not helpful. They wanted a restocking fee and customer pays postage for return
