Exceptional in every way. Ease of ordering, great pricing, responsive customer service, fast shipping. I’ll order from here again!

Very expensive and one of the 3 (most expensive one) plants came looking dead and has stayed that way. Paid over $30 for it and then found most local places sell better looking bigger ones for half the price! Not to mention on top of the high prices I had to pay $30+ for shipping. Will never buy from them again!!!

Trees were ordered 3-4 feet tall. They took a larger tree and cut all branches back to 3-4 feet. By cutting the leader they created a tree that will not have a defined leader, will have weak spots and will never grow straight.

I placed an order last September. You’ve had about 20 better sales since then. I received my tree in April and it was the wrong size and scrawny. When I contacted customer service they refunded the difference. I wanted the larger size, not a couple of bucks! I waited long enough!

Getting a lot of rain but not seeing any growth. I was told these trees grow fast but I’m a little worried that I might have made a bad purchase.

The paying process was new and complicated for me. Plants arrived on schedule and I hope they survive.

They sent me a deader than dead plant. Brittle, no buds no leaves.

Great service. I had just removed the remnants of a red maple tree in my yard which had been blown down by Hurricane Helene and I wanted to put a similar tree back. I could not find any red maple trees locally, so I found TyTy nursery online and called. They were very pleasant to work with and I live close enough that I could drive and pick up the tree. I was told the tree would start having leaves in 2 - 3 weeks, and sure enough at the end of the second week after planting, leaves are beginning to show.
Very pleased with there ordering process, helpful info on planting and growing, and knowledge of the tree species I purchased.
I have already recommended TyTy Nursery to a few others! Ya'll are great!!!

The worst exp. Plants didn’t arrive until April 1st.
Roots were dried out top stems were dead. Despite using best planting techniques and watering twice a week only 1 lived. Will NEVER buy from Ty Ty nursery again!

roots very thin like hair. leaves are falling down. I don't think it is going to survive. this is not a healthy plant. Not worth it.
