Unsure if I will return. I ordered 2 English Walnut trees. Order was received 1 tree short. When I called, I was grilled on the phone about both trees being in the same root ball packaging. If I can not tell there is not a second trunk for a 6' - 7' tree coming out of the root ball packaging, I may not need to even be planting a tree. After extended conversation and sending in photos, another tree was shipped out quickly. These are supposed to be single trunk trees. One is a patent there were 2 and one was cut off about a foot above root ball which I am concerned about strength of tree as it grows. The sound tree received, it is apparent there was some branching about 5' up and one was broken off leving a large cavity in main portion of trunk. I am concerned about disease set in at location. Not ecstatic about purchase but am hopeful. 😒

Efficient shopping experience. Website organized to find what you want and place the order quickly. The bare root trees were boxed nicely and well hydrated. They had sprouting buds when they arrived and were growing after one day in the ground. The instructions were clear and specific.
After years of fighting root-balled trees, I'm sold on bare root delivery: Very light weight compared to potted or balled trees; easier and less mess to plant because all the dirt goes back in the hole; no cutting of circular roots before planting; better outcome when the roots grow out in all directions.

It is too early to rate these trees, the purchasing and delivery process was fine. I need to see how well they do for a few months before I rate them. I am doing this review because the company keeps sending me emails requesting one. I am tired of the emails so here it is.
