"We had a great shopping experience with TyTy Tree! Ordering was easy, and shipping was fast. Our trees—Silver Maples and Leyland Cypress—arrived in excellent condition, carefully packaged to keep the roots healthy. The Silver Maples came as bare-root 3-foot sticks and quickly began leafing out after being placed in pots. The Leyland Cypress trees, also bare-root and about 2–3 feet tall, looked vibrant and strong. This was our first order from TyTy Tree, and given the quality and service, we will definitely be purchasing from them again!

I was worried after reading the reviews as I had already ordered stuff but everything was shipped in a timely manner and well packaged. I got two cherry trees that looked great, just starting to wake up and had a nice root system. Got those planted and so far so good. The pawpaw I ordered was a little sad (it is alive though) but roots are a little stingy. I potted that for the time being so I can keep it close and better care for it till I feel it’s better established. Overall I was happy with my order.

I ordered and received a sassafras tree. The entire top was broken in half clearly the person who packed the tree to be sent knew that they broke the tree and sent it anyway I left an email and got no response. I will never order from this company again, my 5 to 6 foot tree is now 3 1/2 feet tall Terrible experience.

So far so good, but it is too early to say. The trees arrived quickly and in relatively good shape. I emphasize relatively because 2 of the 4 trees I ordered had the tops broken off. The box was completely undamaged, so the damage to the trees had to have been done during the packaging phase. They were planted within hours of their delivery and watered every day. So now we await signs of life to appear.

I had been searching for this yellow tree for a couple years. I finally found your site. By the time it had arrived it was very wilted. My husband has gone ahead and planted it but it’s not looking good at all. I hope the transit didn’t harm it. It kept telling me that the shipping was delayed, delayed, delayed.

I have tried contacting Customer Service by email to discuss my purchase, but have not received an answer yet. I am not at all satisfied and would like a reimbursement. The apricot "tree" I received is just a dead stick and the pomegranate is dying after 3 days, though I planted and watered as recommended.

April 25th I placed an order April 26 looking at an email confirmation. It had the wrong address I called that morning. Stayed on hold a lot longer than I should have had to have the address corrected. The man said he had corrected and sent me a confirmation email Monday the 28th. I had not received any email confirmation Wednesday the 30th. I had a UPS email stating the package could not be delivered because of the address they had 5660 Hines Road the address was supposed to be 6660 Hines Road UPS couldn’t make a delivery I called you and said that even that I’d received an email saying they couldn’t deliver it due to the address the woman told me oh the address was 6660 and I told her the address that UPS had sent me with the tracking number address, etc. was 5660 again I get left hanging on a hole then they don’t know if they can deliver it that day will they end up delivering it, but it was a total screwup not to plant the personnel I was speaking with

The tree died. I was told I’d get a refund. It never arrived… Then I was told I’d get a store credit…to my account. I enter my email to enter “my account” and it says “it is not recognized.”
Go figure.
