Tree was packed and shipped very well. However, my client was a bit down hearted due to the lack of size. He was expecting a larger tree with lots of leaves and live, but instead he said it looked like a "skinny stick".

It was a pleasure dealing with your nursery. I needed some replacement trees and some valuable information and got all of that from Ty Nursery . Thanks very much. So thank you!

My tree arrived on time and in very good condition. Too soon to know if it will survive.

Hello - I did receive three plants a Peter's Fig Tree, Peach Tree and Palmegranite tree. For the Fig and Peach plant - each one came completely bare - just a stick and the roots seemed very dry with no form of life. The Palmegranite tree did come with leaves. I planted it in my garden with a plant food soil and the tree seems to being dying. I live in florida and the plant receives about 6 hours of direct sunlight.

As of now I am not happy with my purchase, and would like a refund, or new plants sent to me.

I am very pleased with my first purchase from TyTy Nursery. The tree I ordered came very well packaged. There were no broken limbs as I’ve encountered from other sources I’ve purchased from. The bare roots were wrapped in a moisture gel with paper and then thoroughly wrapped with numerous layers of cellophane and tape to seal in the roots. I’m used to seeing roots with moistened shredded paper placed around the roots. So this innovative method to protect the roots during shipping really impressed me. I would definitely recommend TyTy to anyone seeking a great source for trees and other plants.

Out of all the trees I have ordered from various places, TyTy has had the best quality tree I have ever gotten.

The shipping costs were not clear till the very end. The tree also showed up in shock with a cracked branch.

Last year I ordered several fruit trees and all of them came in lifeless but I was told by the nursery staff to give them some time. I did and none of them survived so in April I phoned them again and they did honored the warranty. I ended it up giving them a try one last time and my new trees came in looking very good with the exception of two looking ok. We put them in the ground and time will tell. I would buy from them again because they have a great selection and they stay behind their products

I have not received the fruit tree yet. The shipper sent me a message stating the plant was damaged in transit

No further information is available.

I received two trees on or about 4/10/2025. One tree had a great root system (the purple robe locust) but the other tree had only about three roots that were about as thick and long as a child's fingers without any thin, hairlike roots (the sourwood). I planted both trees the day they arrived. The locust looks healthy but the sourwood looks dead. I can be patient, but how long should I wait for the sourwood to show buds?

My pomegranate tree died right after transplanting. I emailed the nursery but didn’t receive any response.
