DO NOT BUY FROM THIS NURSERY!!!!! I have never been so appalled that the Wax Myrtle’s they sent to me were totally dead!!! They stuffed 11 Wax Myrtle in one (3) three gallon plastic wrap. Not a pot….plastic wrap. And sold them as 11-3 gallon Wax Myrtle’s. I sent them three messages and even called about my issue. They were to call me back and instead sent me a message stating that all 11 plants are together. Each one when separated were basically a starter plant. I would not be so upset if they would have said they were starter plants instead of being deceitful and saying they were 3 gallon plants. That’s called FALSE ADVERTISING!!! $500 bucks down the drain! I wonder are they from China? Are they democrats? What a horrible company with no pride or concern for their customers. DR-Houston

Very disappointed. I don't think this is a good model. The way the plants and trees are shipped doesn't do the plants or trees any favors.you mention to not let "free shipping" fool you and offer great prices but honestly they aren't much better than going to the store and buying them
In much better potted condition. You pictures are misleading to what you actually receive. I ordered two "3 year fruiting raspberry plants" and I received two 3inch hacked canes. Won't be fruiting any time soon let alone if it even fruits at all. Customer service is lacking let alone doesn't care. I've been ignored numerous times sending photos and told everything is "normal" all the reviews speak for themselves. If everything survives and actually fruits I'll eat my words but I'm not holding my breath. I also spend 320$ on an olive tree that has lost all its leaves and looks like it's dying. Again told this was normal due to shipping. I live in the same state and I planted the day I received all my plants and trees and they all look worse for wear

In general I was disappointed with my order. The two star came from it arriving fast. The plants were all shorter than advertised ( 4ft instead of 5-6 etc). I was most excited about the pomegranate tree and that came super sad. It continued to go downhill when I put it in the ground. I am able to get similar prices on trees at local nursery and I feel like that will be the way to go moving forward.

Plants were packaged well, but were shipped before cold weather passed. Shipper left them in an unheated warehouse over weekend and they froze in 20-degrees temperature. All leaves were dried out and wilted severely. Representative told me I could return them at my expense and pay a 15% restocking fee but assured me they would recover if planted. I did the latter 3 weeks ago but still no sign of life on any of the 6 plants. Both TyTy and shipper were remiss in this case.

Trees arrived in horrible condition.
One, $125 tree, is prob dead. Looks like it was ripped from the ground. Had hardly any roots. Others not much better. All arrived with poor roots, packed in jelly. Of the five trees. One or two might make it.

I live in Texas, and it is difficult to find this little tree here. This is my second order. They come beautifully packaged and seem to be tough little trees in our arid weather. I’ve just planted my second one, and last year’s tree is doing great in a large pot on a hot patio.
These are easy to prune since their soft leaves can be simply pinched off. I’m so glad I found these unique trees online. Nowhere else to be found where I live in zone 7.
