I’m ordered 4 5-6 ft. Yoshino cherry trees. All arrived looking VERY wilted with leaves hanging and turning brown. I immediately put them in a bucket of water but they haven’t perked up. I am going to try and plant them after cutting off dead leaves. I will contact you tomorrow for advice. They look to have suffered from extensive heat damage. Roots were still moist on arrival.
I have very little faith that any will survive. Can I get a refund or replacement order? Please advise and contact me.

Terrible. Received a couple of tiny kiwi plants with broken stems, definitely not “1 gallon”, and two bundles of dried up sticks labeled as blueberries. These plants are terrible with fraudulent descriptions. I bought a blueberry with another company that is doing beautifully. These dried twigs and the predatory replacement process is garbage meant to insure that getting a replacement is so difficult that people don’t bother. Avoid at all costs.

Worst experience ever this is must be a scam
I ordered 10 trees worth $600 and they sent me a carton box with 10 branches inside the route was cut aggressively and damaged. None of the trees survived. They shipped it with no pots they just wrapped it with some plastic clear wrap.
They are cheaper than anywhere else, but they are cheap all the way
If I know that they was gonna send me this crab I would never order from them
I would definitely pay more for quality
I tried to email them and they didn’t even reply to me
They have no dignity and they don’t honor their business
It’s a big waste of money and time

The red bud tree that l order is so skimpy. A long 6 7 1 inch branch or twig what ever it's call. It came quick and roots well seal. But a couple of leaves were shot. And only 2 are barely alive. Don't know if it well survive. I plant it a couple hours after it arrive. Hope it will survive. But over all l amm displease with the purchase. Tree looks to frail and l fill this item is over price for what l purchase

Grape's roots wrapped very well, very moist even after not unwrapping until 3 days after arrival. I potted them (3-year Reliance seedless grapes) and a week later in Northern Indiana weather buds are beginning to appear - outstanding! DYI landscaping job should be finished within 10-days of this review (4/26/25), at which time the grapes go into their permanent location - full Sun, next to my deck. The grape's canopy during mid-late Summer should throw some shade on the sunniest end of the deck, and we can lounge in the shade and munch on the ripened grapes! So far, this has been a very satisfying experience! Now I need to find several a thornless Barberry bushes....and some Spireas, and this, and that, etc., etc....lol...

I gave u a small order to see how u ship an how your plants look when i get them. In 30 years i never got plants in such bad shape as i got from u. It was less than half the size it should be. The tree shipped to me leaves looked pretty bad and withered with some fallen off and the gel was not encased in ball and had separated no planting instructions for the tree. I have ordered several trees elsewhere and the shipping and tree was very good. I will be amazed if the tree survives.
